Career rut is very common nowadays amongst a number of professionals. The routine work and monotony in profession leads to career rut. Career is the most important thing in the life of an individual. People work hard and continuously try to grow in a particular profession. Sometimes work burden increases so much that it becomes difficult to find a source of entertainment in life. The performance of the individual suffers due to lack of interest in his/her work. It is very crucial to get out of a career rut.

The Lautenberg Amendment and the Soldier
