China National Petroleum Corporation and Russian businesses to construct Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline into procedure next year
China National Petroleum Corporation Zhou Jiping, deputy general director said yesterday that Chinese and Russian oil financial gatherings running in China and Russia to manufacture oil pipeline makeup will be the end of this month, goods produced by the end of 2010.
