We are able to create pictures on the screen of our mind of anything we want to have, do or become. Do you remember when you were a child how rich and vivid your imagination was? Do you remember the level of enjoyment you had imagining the places you would go, the things you would have and who you would become? Why is it that as we age our ability to use our imagination to continue to get what we want diminishes? Is it a lack of imagination or simply a lack of effective use of our imagination?

Here are some tips that would help you pass through the training contract interview and smile all the way back home.
Display confidence and be well prepared
Confidence and preparedness is one of the most desirable traits and characters that interviewers look for in candidates. No amount of disguise can cover a lack of confidence and preparation, so don’t test the skill and patience of the interviewers by trying to hide anything inside, because it will invariably show up on the outside. You also need to be able to present your preparation and confidence to the interviewers with your body language. This signifies good eye contact with the interviewers, and satisfying questions with a peaceful and certain tone. By being brief and precise with your responses, you can also venture your information of the firm and your own capabilities to the interviewers certainly. With preparation comes confidence, and with confidence comes the ability to handle anything that they throw at you during the interview.
