There are two ways to apply for a job today, either you apply directly to that company or go through a third-party company known as a job agency. Though it is quite easy to apply directly, in some cases, it is much better to seek the help of an agency.
A job agency is basically a third-party company that caters to the needs of their clients by supplying employees for them. Though a lot of companies like direct applications, some prefer to get theirs from agencies because it reduces the need to screen and train employees before they can start working.

In the American army, the function of the recruiters generally range from providing possible volunteers with the information that they need and ask for, as well as accompanying the candidate to the testing centers.
Army recruiters are stationed in various recruitment centers in the United States. When a prospective volunteer first meets a recruiter, it’s usually just for data gathering sessions, so he/she learns the details of the job. Recruiters lecture candidates about the jobs available, the requirements, the benefits of each job, and the enlistment process. The recruiter also answers any questions that candidates ask.
