The outcome of this is a virtual war to land the best positions. Millions of other potential employees are fighting us to fill each position that is offered. In today’s competitive climate, we just can’t allow ourselves to be lazy. For career success, one needs a coaching class to achieve that vitally necessary competitive edge.
