After hundreds of interviews with medical billing school graduates I have come to the conclusion that these programs are typically a waste of time and money. Graduates are simply not qualified to start as a medical biller. They are not significantly more qualified than individuals with no experience and no training.
In fact, when I do hire a medical billing school graduate they typically are started along side inexperienced new hires in our apprenticeship program. They start at the same pay and in need of almost the same training as individuals that have not spent the money or time on medical billing school. I would say at best, they start 3 months further up the learning curve than a completely inexperienced hire. This translates to about $0.50 per hour difference for 3 months (at best).

With the advent of online video sites, learning Hebrew is now easier than ever with free videos. The people that make the videos have been very creative and artistic. We will discuss some of the videos available in this article.
Some videos teach the alphabet. You can hear Debbie Friedman’s alef-bet song with a video of the related letters. This is a “must-see” video, and you will find yourself singing along with the Hebrew alef-bet.
Some of the videos are previews of commercial products, such as “At Home with Hebrew” and “Hebrew Kindergarten” from HebrewResources.com. Ulpan Or has uploaded several videos of their Ulpan students practicing what they have learned.

A few years ago, I attended an adult education school. It was great. I had tried a community college program before and thought I like it, until I tried this center. The classes at the adult school were concise and didn’t contain any filler classes.
The community college I had previously attended was 3 years long and consisted of many classes that seemed to be filler classes. While there, I seemed to be wasting my time with breaks in between classes, which were sometimes 3 hours long.

A very active retired pastor of 40 years gave me quite a caning with this Scripture 1 Tim 1.4 “nor to be taken up with with myths and never ending genealogies.. “. After I had been preaching about the death burial and resurrection of Jesus had simply made some interesting observations.
He listened, as I asked them if I had said anything that was of heresy, and he said. “No”. He just would not accept it when I suggested that this Scripture was referring to the false teachings of Gnosticism and was in no way speaking of honest enquiry into Scripture.

Attaining an online education degree has opened opportunities for many students, especially those who find paying for traditional full-time courses outside their reach. But as much as acquiring an online education degree has many benefits over traditional learning, many factors play a role in order to make it successful for online students. Because of the differences in the way that online education is disseminated and acquired, some amendments in approaching this mode of learning need be put in place to make it a success.
