If you wish to write an impressive resume then you should know that it is quite a difficult task. A lot of efforts and knowledge is used in the process of getting the most appropriate layout, since it is one of the most important of all the aspects. Here I provide you with some basic tips on Resume outline.

1. Choose a suitable font One of the most important factors in an effective outline is that of the font that is used. Make sure that the font is proper, appropriate and is not too stylish. You may use the standard fonts, as well as other fonts, depending upon the kind of jobs that you are applying for.

2. There should be a proper margin The margin that you use in your resume should be appropriate as well. Make sure that it is neither too large nor too small. This would make your resume more impressive.

3. Headings Make sure that the heading is impressive. This is because, these days, the recruiters do not get time to go through the entire resume. Hence the more striking your heading, the better would be your chances of getting through the screening process.

4.Try to fit your resume in one page Keep it short and simple. One of the most important aspects is to go for a short and simple resume. Make sure that you do not over stretch your resume. Make sure that it fits into one page.

5. Avoid using more than one font See to it, that you do not use more than one font, while you are preparing your resume. As it is, usage of more than one font is not considered to be very much impressive and hence, it is always advisable, that you use only one font.

6.You bullets and points The bullets and points should also be impressive as well. A resume, with no use of bullets and fonts, looks blunt and unimpressive. It is therefore advisable to make effective use of the bullets.

7. Use a good quality of paper Use of a good quality of paper is also important for getting selected fro the interview. If you use a good quality paper then in that case, your chances of getting a call for interview increases manifolds.
