A good example is architects and photographers who are professionals in the respective fields who have a portfolio of the works done which may impress the interviewer.

It’s always better to dress suitably. This demonstrates to the employer serious-mindedness on the part of the applicant trying to get the job. It is essential to have your finger-nails and hair well groomed for the interview. The outfit worn ought to be professional. This would imply that shoes must be used to match the outfit. If you generally wear a lot of jewelry, it’s better to remove and tone it down for the interview.

When meeting the employer for the first time be sure to smile and shake their hand firmly. But not a bone crusher. Good handshake should start the interview going.
