If you are able to, try and speak to former students who have completed the course and graduated from the school you are interested in attending. You will want to know the good as well as the bad points of the course work and placement service. Get tips on the teachers too.

But as well as having your degree it is also important that you have a love for art as well. Through your degree and love of the subject you will be able to guide your students more effectively when the lessons are taking place.
